Choomti did have some clients at Mumbai airport hotels and in Rajasthan during the tragic siege in the historic centre of Mumbai, but thankfully all Choomti's clients are safe and well.  Indeed with the increased security alert everywhere throughout, this must be one of the safest times to visit India. Updated : Moghul & Rajput Page Shekawati region	In Rajasthan a side trip/extension to the Shekawati region (the painted villages and havelis north west of Delhi) should be considered using the recently converted Surajgarh Fort and Alsisar Mahal, as they have recently opened their forts/palaces and are charming.
